Sales Specialist (Native German Speaker) | Relocation to Poland

We are recruiting on behalf of one of Europe's leading digital book printing companies, working with publishers across Europe.
If you're a native German speaker with experience in B2B sales and you're looking for an opportunity to grow internationally, this could be the perfect next step. What you'll do
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with publishing clients in the German market.
- Identify new business opportunities and acquire new customers.
- Prepare commercial offers and negotiate business terms.
- Manage the entire sales process from first contact to long-term partnership.
- Collaborate closely with production, customer service and logistics teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Represent the company at international book fairs and industry events across Europe.
We're looking for someone who
- Is a native German speaker.
- Has a good command of English (minimum B2).
- Has previous experience in B2B sales, business development or account management.
- Enjoys building relationships and communicating with clients.
- Has strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Is proactive, well-organized and results-oriented.
- Is willing to relocate to Szczecin and work from our modern office.
