Sales Manager with German and English (European Markets)

Our partner is an international manufacturing company dedicated to delivering high-quality products, services, and solutions for the wind and power industries. Due to rapid expansion into new European markets - particularly Germany - we are now looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join the team.
This is a newly created, strategic role: the first sales position for Poland and Europe within the local site. 💪 It offers a unique opportunity to shape the customer portfolio and make a direct impact on business growth - with clear potential for highly attractive compensation.
If you speak English and German fluently (C1), have a proven background in sales within technology-driven environments, bring strong commercial acumen, and enjoy working in a cross-cultural, multinational setting - this role could be a perfect fit for you!
Your key responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis on the European market, including industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, to shape strategic market positioning and drive impactful sales decisions,
- Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and conferences; actively promote products, services, and brand capabilities while exploring opportunities to enter new markets and acquire new customers,
- Build, maintain, and strengthen strong partnerships with European clients; lead business and project negotiations and drive the acquisition of new projects and product development opportunities,
- Develop and execute market and sales strategies for Europe, consistently working toward achieving sales growth targets,
- Define ambitious yet achievable sales goals, budgets, and performance plans for the European market,
- Analyze customer requirements and prepare timely quotations and pricing proposals for new projects and products,
- Oversee the development and implementation of new projects and products for the European market,
- Manage the full customer lifecycle — from order handling and delivery coordination to smooth payment processes,
- Drive customer satisfaction by handling customer visits, managing complaints, and overseeing all related customer service activities
- Keep our CRM system sharp, efficient, and fully optimized for sales excellence.
Key qualifications and skills:
- Extensive sales experience in manufacturing, energy, electrical components, metals, or other technology-driven industries,
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a preference for candidates in engineering, business, or related areas,
- Demonstrated expertise in driving major projects, managing key accounts, and successfully handling long, complex sales processes,
- Familiarity with import/export procedures, customs rules, and trade regulations,
- Strong business negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals and build long-term partnerships,
- Excellent customer management and service skills, ensuring high client satisfaction and loyalty,
- Fluent in English and German,
- Readiness for regular travel to meet clients and support market development.
